How long does it take to get started?
Most pharmacies are live within 1–2 days. You can upload your documents or share a Google Drive—we’ll help set everything up.
Do I need to format my documents?
No. Just upload what you already have. PDFs, Word docs, and guides all work.
Do I need IT support?
No. There’s no IT required. PharmStack runs in your browser and can be set as your homepage in minutes.

Where do the answers come from?
From your pharmacy’s own SOPs, policies, and documents. PharmStack doesn’t rely on generic internet answers.
What if it’s not in our documents?
The assistant prioritises your documents. If something isn’t covered, it responds cautiously and prompts staff to verify or escalate—rather than guessing.

Pricing
How is pricing structured?
PharmStack is priced per store, per month. Core ($99/store/month) includes your homepage, dashboard, AI knowledge base, document library, tasks, team workflows, announcements, and quick links. Add-ons like Special Orders are extra. Webster Planner for Webster packs is a free standalone add-on. Groups can get custom volume pricing.
Are there setup fees?
No. There are no setup fees.
Data & security
Is our data private?
Yes. Each pharmacy has its own secure environment. Your documents are not shared with other stores.
